@wordsofradiants im sorry bud i totally meant to respond to this earlier but didn’t π€¦ββοΈ(double sorry if i sent you a keysmash instead of an answer – was trying to save to my drafts and either tumblr ate the message or i sent it your way!)
my reaction to hera’s heroes (i have a queue running for it rn) prooobably answers a lot of your question haha. buuu~uut yeah in think he’s pretty freaking wicked, at least in rebels!!!
i like how much he stands in stark contrast with /other/ military imperials. cos rebels does like to use them for comic relief, its pretty sobering to see a genuinely threatening villain whose power doesn’t come from the force, just good old fashioned competence.
and the way he’s content to take his time and gather his cards is.. awesome. it reaaaaally serves to build up tension and establish him as a pretty scary wild card – you don’t know what he’s going to do but it’s definitely not GOOD
so positive impression, at least as positive as you can have for a really formidable danger to characters you love π
should i read books with him? i finished what i was reading now and need to pick out a new book to read and have some pretty long car rides coming this week so yanno,, i got time!
