interestingly, in “ezra’s rebel journal” he says there’s some kind of recording in the holocron that says the emperor is a sith lord. doesn’t fully explain to what extent he played secret chess master, but it’s certainly SUGGESTIVE.
do we think it even makes sense that this information was in the holocron, delivered by obi-wan? obi-wan didn’t exactly have a lot of time to give a blow by blow explanation what the hell happened and when kanan first receives his message in real-time (in kanan issue 2), it’s pretty clear what we see was all he got from the beacon. seems a bit odd THAT particular info would within the holocron, unless we imagine obi-wan going back like “OH AND ONE MORE THING chancellor PALPATINE is the SITH LORD can you fucking believe that???” which.. is slightly ridiculous.
do you guys think this is believable at all or do you someone wasn’t thinking when they wrote it and it wasn’t vetted as hard as it should have been? or am /i/ missing something and it actually makes perfect sense?
