pretty harsh words, but definitely from a place of deep concern. i don’t think kanan could live with himself if sabine got hurt (or worse) after agreeing to this at HIS request. kanan needs to be sure he’s done everything he can to prepare her, and that sabine’s taking things as seriously at he is because it’s HER life on the line.
