bo katan: how dare you, in your hot headed and irresponsible youth, do something by accident that had terrible consequences for your culture and loved ones. I myself have never done this.

@wednesdayoceans xnsjysyetete RIGHT it would have made so much more sense if they’d actually ACKNOWLEDGED THAT BO-KATAN MASE SOME SERIOUS MISTAKES and drawn parallels between the fact that they’ve both made incredibly costly mistakes they deeply regret. maybe if they’d actually killed ursa and/or tristan instead of pulling a weak fake out that couldve been more intense. satine’s murder is has to be the thing bo-katan regrets the most, and it couldve been really powerful for her to give sabine words of advice in that scenario based on her own experiences.

i think showing bo-katan not wanting to see sabine repeat any of her own mistakes and her anger towards sabine having almost as much to do with lingering anger at herself for the stuff she’s done wrong and what it cost her as it does anger at sabine for stuff SABINE has done wrong would have been wicked cool.

it’s kinda disappointing they never really addressed the death watch issue w bo-katan and ursa in rebels. i wish they’d done more than mention it as a thing but basically just leave it up to the viewer to imagine what the ramifications of all that were.
