why was the freaking fuel depot even the rendezvous point in the first place in jn?? i don’t really get it because it seems like that+the factory were the two Known Rebel Targets that would be heavily guarded and thus….. Really bad rendezvous points??

is there a practical reason im missing or is it just kind of an Eh we needed to get them There for the Plot so just roll with it?
