ahsoka’s withdrawn demeanor in rebels seemed off at first, but when u think about how 90% of the time we see her she’s feeling ridiculously miserable about anakin it kinda makes a ton of sense.
i love that when she gets into action (her first scene, fight w seventh sister, fight w vader, everything maul) the more brash, confident ahsoka we all know comes right out :’)
i think also in terms of how she interacts with ezra and even kanan, ahsoka’s trying /very/ hard to be a mentor figure who has at least SOME of the answers. and affects how she acts around them a lot.
idk man. i get if her personality in rebels doesnt fly for you. it took me some time to get used to buuuut i feel like there’s more to it than just “ashley eckstein and dave filoni think being older makes you boring and your entire personality change”
