honestly homophobic writing was a lot easier to cope with when we didn’t have writers claiming up and down they care while demonstrating the exact opposite with what they write and when it wasn’t apparent that they KNOW the bare minimum lgbt fans ask of them and still knowlingly enact every homophobic trope in the book, but swear they’re doing us a favor 😦
