maul’s worries that his master has forgotten him, how happy and relieved he is to see him and the sheer power sidious holds over maul just breaks me
it hurts how desperate maul is to please and succeed 😦
god it makes me really mad how sidious claims maul is “what he values most,” but he’s only ever treated maul like dirt.
he’s ALREADY tried to kill maul several times in this book, and that’s ONLY the stories maul records
