they don’t meet again :c

this whole experience with saw gives ezra the final resolve that he WILL do what he can to save lothal. doesn’t matter what the rebellion or mon mothma or even his friends have to say about it. ezra swore to protect lothal and he’s going to do that, but he’s going to do it HIS WAY.

he doesn’t want to live like saw, full of regret and pain over a world he lost. but he doesn’t want to lose sight of the fact that the REASON he wants to save lothal is so his people can live happy lives, free from the chokehold of the empire.

ezra is so good :c. the dynamic between ezra and saw is so much fun to see play out. two people who have lost so much and share a lot of the same pain, but who took such completely different path’s forward.

it’s no surprise that each time ezra encounters saw, the things saw has to say affect him so strongly. even when ezra vehemently disagrees with saw’s choices, the experience sticks with him.
