an aside: i love hera standing up and rising to her full height to tell thrawn off, after making herself seem as small and powerless as possible from the moment they first met. it’s such a powerful moment. even though hera is clearly considerably smaller than thrawn is, her words and her fearlessness in the face of a dangerous adversary who has her at his mercy makes hera seem so much greater.
