i like that kanan trusts ezra 100% even with the most important things like hera’s safety that he won’t trust himself but this is way too much like passing a baton 😦
yknow there’s a backwards sort of parallel to kanan sitting out on Operation Rescue Hera because of his feelings for her AND ezra spearheading the Rescue Kanan Mission cos hera’s forced herself to set aside her feelings for kanan and not attempt to rescue him :’(((
