ugh maul’s story of how palpatine has responded to a failed mission in the past :c

god this is just completely sick

what really gets me about this story is how palpatine only dressed maul in appropriately warm clothing so nearly murder and terrifying him.

AND that, as always, maul is still heartbreakingly desperate for his master’s praise and approval 😦

this is an interesting take on maul getting THE lightsaber, but not as cool as the one in star wars tales comic

still nothing but a tool to him…..
