gosh i love this moment :’) it’s a lot like the moment earlier in the episode where her father gives an isolated looking sabine a concerned look.
just a simple wordless exchange of affection. ezra immensely happy about proud for what sabine has accomplished – he’s knows just how much she struggled to reach this point!! it’s one of those moments that remind you ezra will always support her.
and from sabine, for maybe the first time since the darksaber came into her possession, she looks honestly and truly content. it’s not like a weight off her back, so much as it is everything she struggled for being WORTH it and that she was actually able to make this happen.
and, while i think this smile is primarily about sabine herself, seeing that it’s directed at ezra you can tell she is deeply thankful that ezra and kanan were at her side the entire time :’)
