maul got pretty seriously poetic with this appeal to ezra.

i love how maul says he and ezra could be like brothers. maul only mentioned him outright once, but its so clear that maul has savage on his mind the entire time. the void that losing him to sidious left has eaten at maul for years.

look at ezra’s face. couldn’t be any clearer he wants no part in this. maul’s seriously foolish if he thinks begging will change that

i guess maul was actually BETTING ON ezra’s friends following them, and their getting possessed was maul’s plan all along? this way, he gets rid of two of ezra’s family and most importantly HIS MASTER without ever lifting a finger against them. so sad this happened to them!! if only they’d trusted maul like ezra trusted him, they would still be fine! now who can possibly train ezra in the ways of the force now???
